Pour modge podge, 6-7 drops of neon food coloring of your choice, a few drops of water, mix, pour in glass and coat entire inside, put in oven on 170 degrees for an hour...voila! if you get any on the outside of the bottle just windex it off...loh and if u r going to put water in it for flowers you need to seal it.
