Yummy 'heavy' Breakfast.
Stirfried:
spinach, red potatoes, yellow onion, black beans, grape tomatoes, zucchini, and baby carrots...
then added: 1 teaspoon of Tofutti 'sour cream'
Mrs. Dash's Garlic & Herb (salt free) & Cayenne Red Pepper :)
